History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Alexandre was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures.
