Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His black hair is braided into rings. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second daughter.
