History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Miles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: Diggory speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
