History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Tim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his father before him.
