He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. History: Born in the west to a Roofer, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.
