Richard Holton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He very much looks the part of a Locksmith. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Locksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Richard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He's in love; and he would like to get married and retire

Peter Marlowe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He has amber eyes and a pastel hat with a grey feather.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with music.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his music dream.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
