Gilbert Richie, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a trident on his belt. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found

Odo Eastoft, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears long strands of ruby and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Odo took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Arnold Barton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Lance Stanton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This malnourished man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is auburn and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Human compassion.
