Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Alex was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: 5'9" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has moderate length black hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Gilbert was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. Dustin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Roger is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roger studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by his family
