History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theodoric is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Theodoric was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
