History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
