History: Cory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
