History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adam will drive conversation. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
