Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Body Guard. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He worked as a nervous Body Guard and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a black coat with green slacks. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Reynard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has moderate length brown hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and money/treasure
