Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, marred by beers. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a red top hat and red clothes. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

History: Guy was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
