Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'7" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

Description: A 5'9" southern man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Godfrey abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His head has been shaved. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is greedy.
