History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Anselm was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'2". He tends to wear a large grey jacket, and his gloved hand is found clutching a crossbow. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

He carries a battered longsword and tarnished bow as well. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the south. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he wants revenge against dire rats
