Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
