History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Bertram was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
