History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
