He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
