History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Roland liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
