Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Roland was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He wears a black coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Clerebold hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
