Arnold Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a tan collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and carries bows. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to get a good night's sleep
Ideals: Fighting, Gifted. Flaws: Insomniac. Bonds: Adventurer, Poor. Occupation: Servant

Theobald Southey, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Thomas Wordsworth, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a tan scarf. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: Thomas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
