His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Robert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Robert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
