History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
