Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
