His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Gilbert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
