History: Born in the north to a Armorer, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Merchant who has hired him part-time. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Tim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Priest. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
