History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
