History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Alex liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Alex was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and balancing his hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult
