History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. He has brown eyes and a tan hat with a blue feather.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
