Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He wears his silver hair down. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Trym was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak, marred by sweets. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Henry will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Henry never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He wears his white hair up. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theobald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Theobald abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a tan scarf. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His ears are large.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Thomas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
