History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His ears are large.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Adam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Adam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to be a interpreter again

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a brown scarf, and is pretty ugly. His tied-back hair is golden. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Aldous is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Interpreter and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Justin took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's in love
