History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.
