History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy golden hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Solomon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Solomon was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stylist. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
