His hair is long and white with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Percival embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
