Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Dean was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
