History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
