History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
