Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Roger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with blue slacks. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Adelard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
