History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
