Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Everard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

Simon decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he is wracked by social anxiety
