History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Gerard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
