Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with violet slacks. His hair is golden and curly. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in earthy colors with a white and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He stands about 6'0" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has green eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His tied-back hair is red. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends
