Personality: Theobald speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
