Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Engraver like his father before him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.
