Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is cut short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hubert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is an amazing painter.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is an amazing painter.
History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is physically well-built. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others
