Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
