Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Trey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Gardener father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to clean up the streets

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
