History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Reynard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is wracked by social anxiety

He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in William's homeland. William decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
